AL SALAH HOLDING'S INTERNAL ANALYTICS SHOW 30% TO 35% GROWTH IN BOOKINGS FOR OCEANAIR EXPERIENCES

Bookings for OceanAir experiences rose by 30% to 35% compared with the previous month, according to internal analytics from Al Salah Holding, the Dubai group whose flagship tourism brand is OceanAir. The figures cover a portfolio that spans cultural discovery, heritage, desert experiences and journeys beyond Dubai.

The figures come in a year in which three OceanAir experiences have received Travelers' Choice Best of the Best 2026 recognition from Tripadvisor, the platform's highest level of recognition, awarded to the top 1% of listings on Tripadvisor. One of the three was named #1 Top Experience in the Middle East.

#1 Top Experience in the Middle East went to Dubai To Abu Dhabi: Grand Mosque, Royal Palace & Etihad Tower, the top place in the Best of the Best 2026 ranking. The full-day journey takes travellers from Dubai to the capital's most prominent cultural and architectural landmarks.

Dubai: Old Town, Souks, Street Food, Guided Tour & Abra Ride was ranked #2 among Top Experiences in the UAE. The tour covers the historic side of the city, with traditional souks, local food, heritage districts and an abra crossing.

Dubai Evening Heritage Safari by Vintage G Class, Al Marmoom Oasis is the third experience recognised in the Best of the Best 2026. The evening combines the UAE desert landscape with Emirati heritage and traditional hospitality, built around culture rather than activity.

The three experiences are different products: a day trip to another emirate, a walking tour through the culture and history of Old Dubai, and a desert evening at Al Marmoom. The recognition spans all three rather than a single flagship product.

The booking increase and the Tripadvisor awards measure different things. The first shows demand across the portfolio; the second reflects the reviews and ratings individual experiences receive from travellers.

Al Salah Holding says the mix of recognised products also reflects the range of traveller interests across the UAE. The experiences are not centred on one type of attraction, but span cities, heritage districts and desert landscapes, giving visitors different ways to engage with the destination.

For OceanAir, the combination of stronger booking activity and traveller-led recognition is a positive signal for the experience-led segment. The company sees continued interest in products that combine major landmarks with culture, local context and a stronger sense of place.

OceanAir’s current booking momentum comes on top of a business built over years of operating in the UAE tourism market. Since its launch, the company has served more than 5.3 million guests across its experiences. Today, that established scale is being matched by renewed demand, with confirmed bookings increasing by 30% to 35% compared with the previous month. The latest growth adds a new chapter to OceanAir’s long-term performance, supported by an expanding portfolio of experiences and continued recognition from travellers.

OceanAir has operated from Dubai since 2010 and is part of Al Salah Holding alongside Al Marmoom Oasis, Al Marmoom Domes and Al Khayma Heritage Restaurant.
